   Bee-Nest is the furnished-housing platform operated by Bee-Next. Homes may be owned by Bee-Next, affiliated companies or private owners, and/or managed by Bee-Next. The contractual owner/lessor is identified at the lease stage.

2. 02

   Property facts, prices and availability are versioned and may change before a lease is signed.

3. 03

   An application is a request for human review; it is not a reservation, offer or guarantee of a lease.

4. 04

   The general minimum stay is three months, with rare practical exceptions considered individually.

5. 05

   Final contractual terms are contained only in an approved lease.
