Bee-Nest is operated by Bee-Next, the data controller: 37 Rue Haute, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium; VAT / Enterprise number BE 1014.212.895. Operational and privacy contact: BeeNextHQ@gmail.com.
Your request is used to respond to your housing enquiry and prepare any potential tenancy. Personal data is handled in the private applications backend and is not included in analytics events. Access is limited to people handling your request. After saving your request, we send a limited copy of your contact and housing details through Formspree to notify Bee-Next. This copy excludes sensitive documents and your private request-status link.
Contact BeeNextHQ@gmail.com to ask about your data or request access, correction or deletion. You may withdraw optional consent. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
The first fit check uses only the apartment reference, dates, duration, occupancy and answers about property policies.
Contact and practical situation details are used to review the requested tenancy and communicate about it. They do not contribute points to the fit result.
Identity documents and financial evidence are not requested in the fit check or initial application. If justified after preselection, they require a separate secure request.
An unfinished application may remain in this browser tab for up to 24 hours and is cleared after successful submission. Closing the tab may erase it; it is not a cross-device account.
Optional analytics remain off unless you allow them. Storage needed to complete the application does not depend on analytics consent.
