Bee-Nest
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers to the questions that most often affect whether an apartment and a stay are compatible.
Can I enquire without selecting a home?
Yes. Use the general housing request to share your dates, household and budget. Occupied portfolio homes accept future-interest requests without promising availability.
Who operates Bee-Nest?
Bee-Next operates Bee-Nest and is responsible for customer data. Property ownership is separate and the contractual lessor is identified at the lease stage.
What is the minimum stay?
The general minimum is three months. A rare, practical shorter-stay exception can be submitted for human review, without any guarantee of approval.
What does the monthly total include?
Each apartment page separates rent and provisions and shows their total. The exact items covered by provisions are confirmed before contract.
What happens in the first fit check?
You receive an immediate result based only on date, duration, occupancy, total cost and property policies. No name, passport, identity card, payslip or bank statement is requested.
What happens after a compatible result?
You can continue with minimum contact details and practical tenancy context, review your answers and submit one complete application tied to that apartment.
Is every application reviewed by a person?
Yes. Automated logic checks only the application–property fit; it never scores the worth of a person. Submission is not a reservation, offer or guarantee of a lease.
When could documents be requested?
Only after human review and preselection, when relevant. No tenant documents are requested in the fit check or initial application.
Can I visit before signing?
A visit or video walkthrough can be arranged after the initial human review when the application is being considered.
Are pets and domiciliation allowed?
These conditions are property-specific. The verified conditions on the selected apartment page control the fit result.
