   Choose an apartment and review its total monthly cost, availability and conditions.

   Check date, duration, occupancy and property policies. This first result is immediate and asks for no identity details.

   If the request fits, add minimum contact details and practical context, then review and submit the application.

4. 04

   A person reviews the application–property fit. Supporting documents are requested only after preselection, when justified; a visit or video walkthrough can then be arranged.
