What happens after you submit an application

A complete application receives a reference and enters the property-linked review queue. A person reviews the application–property fit; automation does not approve or reject a person.

If practical information is missing, Bee-Nest may ask for clarification. If the request is preselected, the next step can be a justified request for supporting information. Sensitive documents are not part of the public fit check or initial application.

A visit or video walkthrough can be proposed after the initial review. Final terms and availability are confirmed before an approved lease is prepared. Submitting an application is not a reservation, offer or guarantee of a lease.
