Before you apply
Check an apartment’s fit before you apply
The five practical facts to compare before sharing contact details for a Bee-Nest apartment.
3 min · Updated 15 July 2026
Start with the apartment, not a personal file
Bee-Nest begins with a property-specific fit check. The first result uses only the requested move-in date, stay length, occupancy, displayed monthly total and the apartment’s stated policies.
- No name or contact details
- No passport or identity document
- No payslip, bank statement or document upload
Compare the five facts
Check the available-from date, general three-month minimum, maximum occupancy, monthly rent plus provisions, and any property-specific pet or domiciliation condition.
- Date
- Duration
- Occupants
- Total monthly cost
- Property policies
Use the result as guidance
A compatible result lets you continue to the short application. A rare shorter-stay request is routed to human exception review and is never treated as guaranteed availability. An incompatible result explains which apartment rule did not fit so you can compare another home without submitting unnecessary data.
